3 The year of tiger is coming. I’ve made a spring couplet for everyone, wishing everybody returns to the inherent peacefulness in the coming year, overcomes all challenges, and has a safe and healthy life. Since February last year, I’ve been invited to various international meetings and forums to discuss the sustainability of life on Earth, where I have repeatedly emphasized the importance of vegetarianism, environmental protection and anti-war. Only when we all take part in promoting life education and ecospirituality can we gradually heal our ailing planet so mankind can survive. Du r i n g i t s 2 0 t h An n i v e r s a r y, t h e Museum of World Religions inaugurated a new exhibition hall to keep on promoting the ideals of “Love Earth, Love Peace” and “Ecospirituality Education”, so more people can join in these efforts to safeguard our planet. On the night of December 8th, the University for Life and Peace signed a letter of intent with IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, which is a milestone for us. Both schools will work together in the education of water resource sustainability and ecospirituality. I believe these efforts are what we desperately need in this turbulent world right now, so we can all learn to truly respect and love all livings on Earth as we return to the inherent spirituality deep within every one of us.
