此為衣索匹亞正統合性教會的神父用於祝福的十字架，下方有裝飾性的方型手柄。
十字架的前方描繪手持劍與天枰的聖彌哈伊爾（米迦勒）大天使擊敗邪惡（撒旦）的形象。聖彌哈伊爾手裡拿著天秤，天秤用於在最後的審判中衡量人類的善行，天使後方伴隨著有翅膀的天使或靈魂。而在十字架的下側，有三對翅膀的天使稱為熾愛天使（Seraph），代表光明。天使擊敗邪惡的形象在最後的審判中傳遞的意義，是正義與光明終將勝利。
十字架的背面是埃及聖隱士和修道院創始人Abune Gebre Menfes Kidus，在衣索匹亞也受到尊崇，被稱為「沙漠之星」和「隱士之首」。獅子與豹子包圍他，是因為傳說他能與動物交談。下側則描繪聖母瑪利亞抱著嬰孩耶穌的形象。

The Cross is used by a father of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church for blessing purposes. In front of the Cross, it is the Archangel St. Michael, holding a sword in one hand and a scale in the other, overcoming Satan. The Archangel uses the scale he is holding to judge the benign conduct of people in the Last Judgement. At the bottom, it is the Seraphim with three pairs of wings, representing light. The image of the angel overcoming the devil in the Last Judgment communicates the meanings of righteousness and final victory.
