套新的治理，停止對地球、對生命一切惡行惡狀的作
為，緬甸是禪修大國，在這裡傳承維護了佛陀最原汁
原味的教育系統，還有現階段的國際機遇，所以我們
在緬甸的「生命和平大學」進度也是馬不停蹄，這個
計畫是為了救地球，不是為蓋大學而蓋大學，這不是
一座普通大學，而是要搶時間解決地球危機的，我們
要為人類、為地球積福積德，我們確實要專注在此
事，不然只會被滔滔翻滾的業浪吞沒掉。
愛地球的運動可以說是化整為零的滲透、遍地
開花的慈悲。我們能力所及的淨灘活動已經堅持一年
半，每月一次，悄悄從福隆海岸慢慢延伸出去，回山
朝聖順便撿垃圾，大家都喜歡。相關活動，還有六月
初在臺北「和平禪樂、大悲心起」義賣音樂會募集更
多支持大學的力量。六月十日在緬甸博固大學預定
地，我們將三十尺玉佛入駐作為此大學的神聖標的，
當天有恭迎大佛儀式，尊貴的尼雅德瑪畢文達長老、
勃固省省長烏溫旦 ( U Win Thein) 及眾多官員、耆老
與佛教信眾等都前來見證，我雖人在東南亞行程中，
也一心虔誠遙相祈福。
六月東南亞也是四年來固定行程，馬來西亞柔佛
年度共修「觀音百供」，這趟新加坡有進一步在巴亞
維回教堂與教長哈比哈山（Habib Hassan Alatas），
與十個宗教代表在一起交流的分享，總是很令人鼓
舞；檳城還有「千人禪修」，禪修是心的鍛鍊，也是
最真實的和平引擎，這也正是我們一以貫之的行動，
推動多元共生、相依相存的理念，世界各地都人同此
心，舉世不謀而合，海外華僑愈來愈共鳴共振，大家
不分彼此。
地球要活，萬物及人類才有生機，我深信我們這
一代都是有責任、有使命、有承擔者，地球要翻轉共
業就靠我們，只有整合全球的資源，透過宗教的團結
來推動愛地球、愛和平，不斷啟蒙人心，揭示實相，
用具體行動，當機當下去做，一定可以扭轉局面，所
以在這裡懇請大家一起來參與。

be at peace. And meditation is the best practice for this.
The Earth is in grave danger, and it’s like a ticking
bomb. Once the ecosystem collapses and the life of all
species cannot be sustained, there’s no way human beings
can go on existing either. Therefore, there needs to be
re-educations for human so we can have the wisdom
to develop a system of living harmoniously with the
environment, to have a new set of governing rules,
and to stop all the wrong doings towards Earth and all
lives. Myanmar is country that practices meditation and
they preserve the most original education system of the
Buddha’s teachings. Now with even more favorable
international circumstances, we also keep up the efforts
of the University of Life and Peace in Myanmar to carry
out the plans to save the Earth. We’re not building
the university just to have a university, it’s not only
a university, it’s also a system we developed to push
forward with dealing with the crisis facing the Earth.
We’re amassing virtues for mankind and for the Earth,
and we’re dead focused on that, otherwise, all would be
overwhelmed by the towering waves of karma.
