Woven Landscape

When ink on paper meets textile, the landscape transforms into a new expression. Folds echo tonal layers, threads trace diffusions and outlines. The texture of fibers can both render fine detail and carry flowing energy. In this extended series of woven rain, past experiences of materials from the fashion industry are quietly awakened. Sight and touch intertwine, giving rise to a fresh visual language of landscape.
