- Audience holding valid “World Religions Harmony Card” and members of MWR enjoy the free admission.
- Every Wednesday, residents of Yonghe and Zhonghe Districts (New Taipei City) enjoy free admission to the permanent exhibition with valid ID. For group guided tours, advance reservation is required. An admission fee of NT$50 per person applies, and groups of 15 or more are subject to an additional audio guide system fee of NT$20 per person.
- Groups of 15 and more, must use the museum audio tour guiding system, ticket must plus a rental fee NT$20/person.
- Adults must accompany children aged 6 and under when entering the museum.
